Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of App In Minutes, the Shopify app operated by PAPA Tech Solutions. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
The service
App In Minutes helps you create a branded Android and/or iOS shopping app for one Shopify store. The app runs in Shopify admin. Preview is shown there in a phone frame. Preview does not take payment and does not sign a customer in. Preview is not a promise that Apple or Google will approve a store listing.
Fees
App In Minutes is charged as a one-time purchase on your Shopify invoice. There is no monthly subscription for the generated store app. Current prices:
- Android: US$249
- iOS: US$299
- Android and iOS together: US$499
- Flutter source, as an add-on after you have both platforms: US$1,299
If you buy one platform first and later add the other, Shopify charges only the remaining amount toward the combined price. Rebuilds of the platforms you purchased are included for 60 days after purchase. Uninstalling the app does not, by itself, refund a completed purchase. Refund requests are reviewed case by case through Shopify’s billing tools.
Your store and accounts
You keep ownership of your products, brand, and store. Apple and Google developer accounts you connect remain yours. We use credentials you provide only to sign or deliver the build you requested. We do not submit your app to the stores from PAPA Tech Solutions’ own developer account as the merchant of record. You are responsible for your store’s content, your own privacy policy, and any listing you submit to Apple or Google.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to break the law, to attack Shopify or our systems, or to resell generated source as a competing app builder.
Availability
Builds depend on Shopify, Apple, Google, and our providers. We will tell you if a build fails. We do not guarantee a particular review outcome or a particular delivery time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PAPA Tech Solutions is not liable for lost profits, store-listing rejection, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.
Ending the service
You may uninstall at any time. After uninstall, we stop using your shop. When Shopify asks us to delete shop data, we follow that request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
