Data processing summary
This page summarises how PAPA Tech Solutions processes personal data when you use App In Minutes. It is not a negotiated contract. Email support@papatechsolutions.com if you need a signed copy.
Roles
You are the controller of your shoppers’ data. We process that data only to provide App In Minutes (preview, generated app, and related support). We are the controller of our own merchant account, billing, and support records.
Security
Access tokens and signing credentials are stored encrypted. The in-admin preview does not send your storefront access token to the merchant’s browser.
Providers
We use Shopify, our hosting and file storage, our app-build provider, and — if you contact us — our email provider.
Breach notice
If we become aware of a breach of personal data we process for your store, we will email the shop contact without undue delay and, where the law requires it, within 72 hours of confirming the breach.
Transfers
Providers may store data outside India and the EEA. Where a transfer tool is required, we rely on those providers’ standard contractual clauses.
